Becoming a Voeta Money Agent is simple. You can apply by visiting our office near your location or by calling our customer service for assistance. To get approved, you need to have an active Voeta Money account with a positive balance. We can activate your agent account remotely, so you don’t need to be physically present at our office. As a Voeta Money agent, you will assist customers with withdrawals, cash reception, or sending money as needed. Your earnings will depend on the number of transactions customers complete through you, and you can track your earnings on your agent dashboard.

Super Agent

As a super agent, you'll have more responsibilities and greater earning potential. You will work on both monthly and yearly targets, which are available on the Smart Agent dashboard. You can recruit and manage your agents, expanding your network.

How do I send or receive money?
Sending or receiving money in your Voeta Money account is completely free. To send money, simply open the app, tap the 'Send' button, and select 'Mobile Transfer' if the recipient will receive funds in their Voeta Money account. If you want the recipient to receive cash, select 'Cash Pickup' and choose the recipient to complete the transaction.
How do I receive cash?
Receiving cash is completely free; we do not charge any fees for that. You just need the cash pickup code from the person who sent you money. Bring the code and your government-issued ID to any Voeta Money agent to pick up your cash. Make sure your ID is valid and issued by the government.
How do I withdraw money?
You can withdraw money either from Voeta Money agents, at our offices, or from our ATMs. To withdraw money, tap the 'Withdraw' button and enter the agent number to complete the withdrawal. Alternatively, if you have a Voeta Money card, simply use it at our ATMs.
How do I borrow money?
Borrowing money is easy for both personal and business needs. Simply log into your account, tap on 'Borrow Money,' and follow the simple steps to complete your request, whether it's for personal use or business purposes.
